Let’s assume your business employed a graphics designer and now you have a nice logo and some consistent colors for your letterhead, stationery, and other promotional materials. Don’t laugh, but many businesses confuse this to be, “doing their marketing.” They mistakenly believe that making a brand – even one as watered-down as the one I have outlined here – is marketing. They just don’t get it, which is why they get such poor results from their so-called, “marketing.”
