They come in a variety of nose shapes, including long nose, round nose or curved. Round nose pliers have short gripping jaws. This makes them a poor choice for reaching to small areas but perfect for gripping short wires or for creating specific bends and twists. However, long nose pliers can easily reach very small areas.

For removing the insulation covering, wire strippers could be used. This tool helps in removing off the insulation covering as it removes the insulation without damaging the inner part of wires. Using this tool, you can cut the insulation as well as remove it. After this, you can easily use the inner part of the wire.
